"I, Onnophis son of Patsibthis...swear by the fortune of the lords emperors Severus and Antoninus and Geta Caesar immediatedly to take up the indicated duty and to fulfil it, being present and devoting myself to it, that there may not be any complaint against me, or else may I be liable to the consequences of the oath. ...

"I, Pausiris son of Paesis, guarantee Onnophris as fulfilling the duty as aforesaid. I, Ptolemaeus son of Dionysius, wrote on their behalf as they are illiterate."
