Written on the back of the large papyrus LII 3690-1, this well-preserved account in seven columns gives details of the daily finances of a fishing business. It appears to record the gross proceeds from the sale of each catch; the editor notes that it would be hard to reckon backwards from this to figure out how many fish were being caught. Clearly it varied a lot from day to day.
